It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. With this in mind, our team goes above and beyond to ensure our return process is simple, easy, and convenient for you from start to finish.

Worry-Free Return Policy

Are you not totally in love with your new Bruder Office Furniture?  No worries, we’ve got you covered!

Simply reach out to our customer support team via email or live-chat for a complimentary consultation.  If you decide to proceed with your return, we happily accept like-new Bruder products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund on your purchase price – just pay for the return shipping!

Please note that all Workplace Furniture and large corporate office orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any custom-made products (size or color) or products clearly marked as final sale on our website are not eligible for return. All white glove delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. All refunds are transferred to the customer in the original form of payment, typically within 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned furniture in acceptable condition.
